How to order
When placing an order. Please provide us with full details:
All our prices are FOB Hai Phong port, Vietnam.
Production starts upon reception of your deposit or L/C.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 30-60 working days, depending on the quantity and specific design of your order.
Order confirmation
To confirm your order, you must open a L/C or pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount.
Please also state coordinates of the shipping agent that you have assigned.
Payment
Deposit: to be paid by Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight (L/C) or bank transfer (T/T), upon reception of our pro-forma invoice.
Balance: to be paid within 7 working days upon reception of the Bill of Lading and commercial invoice, prior to FOB delivery.
Bank transfer fees, shipping costs and insurance are at your own expense.

Packaging
Rattan and bamboo products: packed in a master carton (0.12-0.16m3/carton less than 20kgs)
Ceramic and rattan products (fragile): packed in a master carton (0.04-0.08m3/carton less than 15kgs)
We can pack the goods according to your specific request (for example, goods can be packed separately from 1 to 4 pcs per inner carton, then packed into a master carton).
Packaging can be provided with your own logo’s, labels and barcodes and price tags, so as to ensure ease of reception and further distribution.
Normal production lead time of rattan & bamboo wares is 35 to 45 days after receipt of L/C.
Lead time of pressed bamboo products, ceramic with rattan products is 55-60 days.
Delivery
Lead time for production of rattan & bamboo products is 35-45 days after receipt of L/C.
Lead time for pressed bamboo products and ceramic with rattan products is 55-60 days.
The lead times for producing just one or several containers are not much different.
We will send you a notification by e-mail or fax within 7 working days before loading the container.
To maximize the container loading capacity, your order should be flexible in item and quantity (+/- 5% variance allowance on quantity should be taken into account).
Samples and tailor-made products
We can produce samples and new tailor-made items according to your specific requirements.
Please provide us with a sketch and all details regarding materials, design, colour and finishing.
The minimum sales amount for tailor-made items is $7,000 or one 20’ container.
